Since I quit my job and became a stay-at home wife, my life feels like lack of something. My not so busy day starts with cooking and cleaning the simple homestay that we have. It only has four small rooms and two bathrooms. After that, I started to check our vegetable garden and paddy field in our house complex. If it is needed, then I will water and fertilize the plants and clear the wild grass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the afternoon I will take some rest because no one will work in the garden in the afternoon since it is too hot. I live in a tropical country where there are only dry and rainy seasons. So sometimes it is not possible to work in the garden, your skin can get burnt. So then, in the meantime, I will only have my lunch in my house and open my laptop to browse with the aim of writing something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Actually, I have a goal to write every day, either an article or only a short reflection, but it is so hard to follow. I am so easily to get distracted by social media, movies, news, and many else. The time flies by and I do nothing. Every day passes by like that, until it is almost a year since I resigned from my job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My target to write a book and websites fails for many reasons. I realize that I cannot motivate myself and it make me feel useless, even though there are many house chores that I do every day. But I need back my passion to do another thing in my life. To be useful for others. So, in this new month, I will try to be a better person. To make me more disciplined and share my thoughts with others who feel the same and learn together to be a better person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I then understand that only us can defeat our self, our procrastination and laziness and lack of motivation. Only we can motivate our self and start to make a better decision every day.
